When you fill out our contact form we collect your name, phone number, email, town or ZIP, the service you're interested in, how you heard about us, and your message. We do not collect health information through this website. Health history and intake forms are completed in our secure booking system (Jane App), which is governed by its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, schedule appointments, and, only if you check the opt-in box, send appointment reminders and occasional offers by text or email. Reply STOP to any text or click unsubscribe in any email to opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, website hosting, email, and scheduling), and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law.
