Health & Safety Guidelines
At Frontline Hydration, your safety, comfort, and satisfaction are our highest priorities. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, we have established the following health and safety guidelines:
Before your appointment
Medical Waiver: Before any IV therapy session, you will be required to sign a medical waiver. This waiver helps us gather important health information, assess your eligibility for treatment, and ensure we address any concerns you may have. It's a simple process to ensure the best care.
Health Assessment: Our team will review your health history, any medications you're currently taking, and any allergies you may have. This allows us to personalize your IV therapy to suit your individual needs.
Prepare Your Space: For a successful IV therapy session, we ask that you provide a clean, comfortable, and quiet space where our team can administer the IV. A soft chair, couch, or bed is ideal, with easy access to an electrical outlet (for any equipment we may need) and a well-lit area.
During your appointment
IV Specialist Care: Our licensed IV specialists, including registered nurses (RNs) and paramedics, will arrive fully equipped and prepared to administer your treatment. They are highly trained in IV therapy, including proper insertion techniques, and they will monitor your vital signs throughout the session to ensure your safety.
Sterile Environment: All equipment used during your appointment is sterile and single-use. Our specialists will follow strict hygiene protocols, including wearing gloves and sanitizing the area before inserting the IV, ensuring a clean and safe experience.
Comfort & Monitoring: You can relax during your session as we provide hydration, vitamins, or any other treatments you’ve requested. Our specialists will monitor your comfort and wellbeing throughout the session, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions at any point.
Post- appointment
Aftercare Instructions: Once your IV therapy is complete, our specialist will provide you with aftercare instructions and recommendations to maximize the benefits of your treatment. You may be advised to drink plenty of fluids and rest to optimize hydration.
Follow-Up: We’ll follow up with you after your appointment to ensure you’re feeling well and to answer any lingering questions about your recovery or future treatments. Our team is always available for any additional guidance.
