Before you go

  • Waiver: everyone signs before the event, about 3 minutes
What should I bring?

Your own yoga mat, water and comfortable clothes. Coffee, matcha and snacks are on site.

I've never done yoga or Pilates. Is that ok?

Good. Nobody's a pro here. Every class is beginner friendly, and you can sit any of them out and hang in the lounge.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes, every attendee signs before the event. Parents or guardians sign for anyone under 18. Sign it here.

Is it all ages?

Yes. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian to sign their waiver.

Parking and traffic?

The Stuart Air Show runs the same weekend, so give yourself extra travel time.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event through Eventbrite.
